Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 5-7 business days. Items with custom engraving or personalization may require additional time to complete, as each piece is engraved by hand; we will notify you if your order needs extra processing time.

Shipping Within Egypt

We ship to addresses across Egypt via courier. Delivery within Cairo typically takes 2-4 business days after processing; other governorates may take longer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, Tarek Shalaby ships exclusively within Egypt. We do not currently offer international shipping. If your delivery address is outside Egypt, your order cannot be processed; please contact us at +20 155 596 1293 if you have questions about future availability in your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
