Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Tarek Shalaby purchase. Please read this policy carefully, as some of our products -- including custom and personalized pieces -- are not eligible for return.

Standard Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, reach out to us with your order number and the reason for return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Custom and personalized items. Any piece engraved with a name, phrase, or other personalization made at your request is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect unrelated to the customization itself.
• Natural handcraft variation. Because our pieces are shaped and engraved by hand, small differences in texture, engraving depth, or finish between pieces of the same design are expected and are not considered defects.
• Items returned used, damaged through misuse, or without their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, finish, or design rather than a refund, get in touch and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
